1 1. Subject to KALOL Jurisdiction.
2. For giving connectivity up-to your premises, INSTALLED Devices, Cables, Networking/Power
Equipments etc. are THE SOLE PROPERTY OF UMA BROADBAND NARDIPUR, and we have every
right to remove/repair/access and amend the same without prior notification as & when the need arises.
3. Company reserves right to change/modify polices at any time without prior notice.
4. The first month’s advance will be payable at the time of registration along with installation charges
and deposit, as may be the case.
5. The account will get suspended immediately on expiry of the package and/or in case of Unpaid
due payment.
6. Use of service must be as per government rules & regulation (Refer www.dot.gov.in). If we find any
misconduct, connection will be terminated immediately without notice.
7. Disclaimer: company reserves right to access/deny connection.
8. Static IP will cost Rs.3000/- year.
9. Extra installation cost may vary, depending on the location & package.
10. All equipments installed % materials used for service are the property of ‘UMA BROADBAND’.
11. Service availability on best efforts basis & subject to technical feasibility. Plans may also very as
per local feasibility.
12. Package cost & installation charge are non refundable.
13. Renew of connection will be within one working day process.
14. Documents required with C.A.F.:-
A. One photo of a person will be contacted for any query.
B. One address proof, where installation is required.
C. One ID proof of an Authorized Person.
15. Use of wireless router must be accompanied with security & router details must be submitted to
company.
16. All speed committed are up to ISP node.
17. Company provides single connectivity. All local networking are individual’s responsibility.
18. Speed mentioned is for download application, upload will be as per standard. High priority customers
are required to request full duplex lease lines.
19. UMA BROADBAND is not responsible for any sort of security threat arising out of illegal/unsecured
use of connection & also will not be responsible for any claim/counter related to use/non use of service.
20. Customer premises equipment (CPE) remains the property of UMA BROADBAND and customer is
responsible for stolen and theft. Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) cost is 4100/-
